Fury put 3 on All-Badger 1st Team

BELOIT - Senior Cammi Ganshert and sophomores Alyssa Knauf and Anita Einbeck headed up the Rock County Fury's representatives on the 2018-19 All-Badger Conference First Team.

Knauf is from Albany while Einbeck and Ganshert are both from Monroe. Junior Haley Knauf of Albany earned Second Team honors and freshman goalie Olivia Cronin from Beloit Memorial earned Honorable Mention.

Einbeck earned honorable mention on the All-State team. Haley Knauf was a top eight finalist for the Jeff Sauer Award.

At the team's recent banquet, Cronin received both the Fury's Most Valuable Performer and Rookie of the Year awards.

Alyssa Knauf received the Black and Blue award. Einbeck earned the True Grit award. Olivia Combs received the Most Improved Player award. The Coaches Award went to Lauren Wacholtz, the Defense Award went to Ganshert and the Senior Award went to Ella Silha.

The Fury finished 14-10-2 under head coach Luke Steurer.
