LAKE GENEVA, Wis. - The Rock County River Monsters had plenty of opportunities to cash in Tuesday night at Lake Geneva.

Eleven men left on base and a 5-0 defeat tells the story of what they did with those chances.

The River Monsters finished the regular season with a mark of 19-9.

The two teams will met again Friday in Janesville's Riverside Park in what will be the opening round of the regional tournament at 8 p.m.

In Tuesday's game, Rock County starter Micah Overley allowed single runs in both the second and third innings, while Sam Nemetz allowed three unearned runs in the fifth to seal the game.

Jake Raisbeck had three of Beloit's six hits, while the River Monsters also drew six walks. Rock County had at least one baserunner in every inning and left a runner in scoring position in every inning but the first two.
