Janesville man accused of fourth OWI offense

JANESVILLE - A Janesville man was arrested Saturday and is being accused of his fourth Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) offense.

Jonathan P. Colson, 26, also was cited for operating a vehicle while his license was revoked, according to a Janesville Police Department news release.

Colson was stopped by police at about 8:01 p.m. on East Milwaukee Street near Richards Court for several traffic violations, according to the news release. He showed signs of intoxication but refused to perform a field sobriety test.

An OWI is a felony in Wisconsin upon the fourth offense.
