South Beloit Clinic to reopen in August

SOUTH BELOIT - The South Beloit Clinic, which closed in 2010, is scheduled to reopen in August.

The clinic at 1701 Blackhawk Blvd., currently is undergoing extensive remodeling. It will be staffed by family medical specialists Dr. Nishant Patel and Dr. Thuy Nguyen, D.O. There also will be nurses, receptionists and other support staff at the clinic, which will be open five days a week.

A special event was held Wednesday at the clinic site when city officials and Beloit Health System officials toured the facility.
