Woman may face OWI with minor in vehicle

TOWN OF JANESVILLE - A Town of Janesville woman faces the possible charge of Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) - third offense with a passenger under the age of 16.

Jessica J. Nottestad, 42, was arrested Friday at shortly after 5 p.m. after family members confronted her about driving under the influence of alcohol as she picked her two children up from school, according to a news release from the Rock County Sheriff's Office. Deputies conducted an investigation and as a result arrested Nottestad.

Third offense OWI with passenger under 16 is a felony in Wisconsin.
