Man faces fourth OWI after leaving car in road

TOWN OF TURTLE - A Janesville man is being accused of his fourth Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) offense after Rock County Sheriff's deputies arrested him Sunday.

Paul L. Nardini, 70, was arrested shortly after 6 p.m. when deputies found his vehicle parked in the middle of South Smith Road near East County Road J, according to a sheriff's office news release.

Nardini was slurring his words and appeared intoxicated, according to the release. Deputies placed him under arrest and took him to the Rock County Jail.

An OWI is a felony in Wisconsin upon the fourth offense.
