Beloit Health System earns Bronze award

BELOIT - Beloit Health System has earned "Bronze" recognition for its efforts to promote organ, eye, and tissue donor registrations across the state, through the Workplace Partnership for Life (WPFL) Hospital Organ Donation Campaign.

The Workplace Partnership for Life program unites the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and the organ donation community with workplaces across the nation in spreading the word about the importance of donation.

Between October 2018 and April 2019, Beloit Health System m worked with hospitals to plan and conduct organ donation awareness and registry activities. In turn, hospitals earned points for each activity and were awarded platinum, gold, silver, or bronze recognition based on the number and types of activities conducted.
