Footville woman named as fatal crash victim

JANESVILLE - A Footville woman who died in a two-vehicle crash in the Town of Porter on Aug. 24 has been identified.

Linda R. Kettle, 68, of has been identified as the woman who died in the crash near the intersection of West U.S. Highway 14 and North Tuttle Road. Kettle reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with another vehicle in the intersection.

The Rock County Medical Examiner's Office released Kettle's name Monday.
