TOWN OF BELOIT - A Beloit woman has been charged with committing forgery in July in the Town of Beloit, according to a Rock County criminal complaint.

Jody L. Ward, 48, is charged with forgery, felony intimidation of a victim and three counts of felony bail jumping for allegedly forcing a Beloit man to write a $200 check and threatening to "beat him up and slash his car tires" if he called police, the complaint said.
