Two men charged with cocaine possession

JANESVILLE - Two Beloit men have been charged with possession of cocaine, according to a Rock County criminal complaint.

William D. Howard Jr., 25, and Martel A. Earl, 29, are charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine greater than 40 grams as a party to a crime after officers made contact with Howard and Earl following the report of a disturbance in the 1400 block of Randall Street on July 6. Officers recovered $1,890 in cash and 425 grams of cocaine from a vehicle allegedly used by the pair to sell drugs, the complaint states.
