Absentee voting in Wisconsin now open

BELOIT - Absentee voting in Wisconsin began Tuesday and runs until March 29, ahead of the April 2 spring election.

In Beloit, a ballot can be requested online through MyVote Wisconsin and those who aren't tech-inclined can register in person at the clerk's office, 100 State St., second floor.

In Winnebago County, early grace period voting runs until April 1, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m.-noon on March 23 and March 30. Early Winnebago County voting takes place at the Clerk's Office, 404 Elm St., Room 101.
