Talley

The Greater Beloit Area Crime Stoppers is looking for Andrew D. Talley, 43, who is wanted on a felony warrant for substantial domestic battery and possession of cocaine probation violation.

Talley is 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 320 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Crime of the Week

On Feb. 2, around 2:15 a.m., Beloit police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Royalty Lounge on East Grand Avenue.

More than 10 fired cartridge casing were recovered in the area. One witness reported hearing multiple gun shots and seeing sparks coming from a small four-door sedan exiting the Beloit College Board of Trustee's parking lot.

Another witness reported seeing sparks coming from a truck or SUV before it left the area near Royalty Lounge.

No one was struck, and at this time no buildings or vehicles were found to be hit.
