Bullet hole found in Beloit utility pole

BELOIT - Charter-Spectrum crews inspecting cable lines near Porter Avenue and Randall Street reported finding a bullet hole and ballistics evidence in a utility pole at around 4:30 p.m., Thursday, according to Beloit police command staff.

Command staff said no record of a shots fired report was made previously in the area.
