Jasmine M. Delap, 25, also faces possible charges of driving while her license was revoked, non-registration of a vehicle, felony bail jumping, resisting/obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a news release from the Janesville Police Department.

A Janesville police officer pulled Delap over for a vehicle equipment violation at about 4:50 p.m. on Milton Avenue near Holiday Drive, according to the report.
