BELOIT - The Beloit Public Library, 605 Eclipse Blvd., will be offering classes next month to help people stay healthy and de-stress during the busy holiday season. The programs will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. the first three Tuesdays in December.
"Yoga for Stress Relief," taught by instructor Kim White, will be the first class on Dec. 3, followed by "Meditation," led by Susan Myoyu Andersen, resident teacher at Great Plains Zen Center, on Dec. 10. The final class is "Heart-Healthy Eating," hosted by Samantha Skowronski, clinical dietician with Beloit Health System, on Dec. 17.
There is no cost to attend and registration is not necessary.
