Historic rehabilitation information session offered

JANESVILLE - The Janesville Historic Commission and Wisconsin Historical Society (WHS) will provide an informational presentation on the tax credit program for historic building rehabilitation, commonly known as historic tax credits, at 6 p.m. on June 11. The presentation will be held at the Tallman Carriage House on the Rock County Historical Society (RCHS) campus, 450 N. Jackson St., Janesville.

The presentation is intended for current and prospective property owners, developers, contractors and anyone else interested in learning about the historic tax credit program. This presentation is an opportunity to hear directly from WHS about all the historic tax credit program has to offer.
