NATC to hold free Strava fitness app program

SOUTH BELOIT - The community can learn how to use the fitness tracking app, Strava, to get motivated and fit in 2019 during a free program at Nature At The Confluence, 306 Dickop St., South Beloit, from 1-2:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Todd Poepping, in partnership with the Stateline Spinners bike riding group, will explain to participants how they can collect, analyze, track and, if desired, share fitness data with family and friends using the smart phone and smart watch app Strava.
