'Thanks for help with the parade'

Print Article

The 2018 Beloit Memorial High School homecoming parade has passed and it is important to thank those that made the parade possible.

The homecoming parade would not be possible without the help and cooperation of a number of local businesses and individuals. A special thank you to Mr. Chad Rueter with Bud Weiser Beloit, Mr. Tom Finley with Finley Buick GMC, Mr. Norm Bittner with Bryden Motors, Corporate Contractors Inc., Gilbank Construction, Mr. Mark Young with Krueger-Haskell Golf Course, Mr. Tom Michels, Mr. Robert Bishop, Mr. Greg Dionysius, and Mr. Henry Kuhle.

Without these dealerships, businesses, and individuals lending vehicles the Homecoming parade would not have been the success that it was. Thank you to the City of Beloit as well as the Beloit Police and Fire Departments for participating in the parade and for providing traffic support.

Thank you to the Beloit Memorial teachers and staff who volunteered in many capacities to make the parade a success.

Finally, I would like to thank Mary and Gary Stuedemann for leading the Homecoming parade as Parade Marshals. It was an honor well deserved!

With the cooperation of the businesses and individuals listed above, the 2018 Homecoming parade was a success!
