DOWNTOWN BELOIT Halloween Costume Parade and Party from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Kids parade down Grand Avenue followed by music and fun.

BIFF and BELOIT PUBLIC LIBRARY will host "The Reel Deal" gambling night joint fundraiser starting at 7 p.m. at 605 Eclipse Blvd. Games of chance, prizes, hors d'ouerves, silent auction, music and dancing. Tickets are $40 for single or $75 for couples.
