Beloit man charged with felony bail jumping

JANESVILLE - A Beloit man has been charged with felony bail jumping after allegedly violating bond conditions from an Aug. 27 domestic abuse case, according to a Rock County criminal complaint.

Antonio Sepeda, 37, allegedly sent texts to a victim in the case that violated a personal recognizance bond during the pending criminal case, the complaint said.
