'Powerful message to the community'

Print Article

On Sunday, September 23rd the Good to Great Activate Festival was the place to find "action", tasty food, and free family fun.

It was an honor to work with: ARAMARK, Beloit Health System, Beloit Parks and Leisure Services, CW Shaw Promotions, Even Start Dancers, Jazzercise, Kerry, Latino Service Providers Coalition, NAMI Rock County, Stateline Family YMCA, Safe Schools/Healthy Students Core Management Team, the School District of Beloit, Rock-Walworth CFS Head Start/Early Head Start, Rock County Public Health Department, and Youth2Youth4Change to put on this event that encourages mental wellness and healthy lifestyle habits.

Thank you to everyone that helped and everyone that enjoyed the beautiful day with us.

Staying active, eating healthy and taking care of our mental wellness is a powerful message in which to engage the community. When we all work together it is amazing what can be accomplished.
